Eddy Current Examination
Eddy Current Examination consists of exposing the test part to a magnetic field that has alternating electrical currrent connected to it.
When the magnetic field is close to the test part, it induces a changing magnetic field in the part. These field flows, called "Eddy Currents"
can be measured and recorded to find minute flaws in the material. Eddy Current can be used to characterize conductivity, permeability,
and dimensional features. NDTrak technicians are all
