Matt McCarthy as Corporate |

| Houston, Texas – July 15, 2009 NDTrak, a leading provider of nondestructive testing (NDT) services to the fabrication and process industries, announced the appointment of Matt McCarthy as Corporate NDT Level III Specialist. With over 15 years experience, Mr. McCarthy joins the existing NDTrak team in supporting the growing number of companies using the comprehensive suite of NDTrak services. He received his initial NDT training while serving in the United States Navy. His work experience ranges from performing nondestructive testing work on US Military surface ships, submarines and aircraft to civilian projects in the oil and gas production and refining and nuclear power sectors. |

| Reflecting Mr. McCarthy’s extensive training and experience, he holds Level III certifications from the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), including Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current testing methods.
